The correct term to fill in the blank would be discussion. When evaluating an observational study, the four factors that should be reviewed are Introduction, Methodology, Results, and Discussion. In an observational study, the researcher cannot control the variables. The researcher wold draw some inferences from a set of sample without controlling anything.
