Find the substances half-life in days, and round answer to the nearest ten. ( exponential decay )

Respuesta :

N = N0 e^(-kt)

for half life N/N0 = 1/2 and k = 0.1459

1/2 = e^(-0.1459t)

=> -0.1459 t = ln(0.5)

t = - ln(0.5) /0.1459

= 4.8 days
