The pythogorean theroem says that a^2+b^2=c^2, where a and b are legs of the right triangle and c is the hypothnuse. Therefore, when you add 5 times sqrt 2 and the other number sqrt 2 (i can't see it ) then it should get you 5+x=c^2. Then you add the two numbers and sqrt the sum. Because I can't see the other number, that's the best I can do.
