you would remove the oropharyngeal air way that you have started to insert(slowly) turn her over slightly where her face is facing the ground do not sit her up( so what ever is in her system will come out and she won't drown) if you are not the paramedics call 911 if you are then put on an oxygen mask on her and check her breathing and see if it sound like something is stuck or if the is liquid build up if so tap on her back a little and she if that will "burp" her. check her O2 levels (keep an eye on her oxygen). hook her up to fluids and take her hart rate next ask her roommate questions about her medical history (to their best of knowledge) and from there you will get your next step of action and bring her to the hospital         This came from me and only me I took biomedical classes
