Disagree. In most work situations people give more than they take. Many people put their heart and soul into their work to make sure their employer is getting the best out of them. Unfortunately, a lot of people are overworked but know that in the end and eventually, it will pay off for them. Sometimes you have to give and work hard for the end result to be a more relaxed work environment.
