have been linked to increased risks of cardiovascular disease.

to heart, in which vessels become narrowed or blocked and these can lead to
heart attack or stroke.
Homocysteine is an amino acid and its important source
is meat, we get this from eating meat and when the level of these amino acid
increases in the blood, it leads to heart disease.
