Think about how you might reorient yourself to your own job. are there principles of job crafting described above relevant to your work? why or why not?

Respuesta :

The simplest way is to observe yourself as both trainer & trainee. Be aware of your day to day tasks, that by now you've developed a form of desensitization to because they are deemed mundane or habitual. As you observe your tasks, pay attention to any special care or attention to any specific step(s). Where does this land on the scale of priority? High? Urgent? Immediately? Also, can you identify these questions & properly attend to them? Is there a sense of urgency to accomplish any tasks with as much speed & accuracy possible? Why or why not? Once you can identify your steps by slowing down to pay attention to yourself as you do them, you can then ask the questions of, "Is this...?" Why/why not? Scaling will help you to internalize/master your craft, as you are in the act of movement (steps towards goal) & supply of knowledge (managing your internal instincts as they appear.)
