This is an example of GOOD HAND WASH PRACTICE. A food handler has to wash his hands several times during the course of his work, especially when he used the rest room. The food handler has to practice good hand washing in order to prevent food contamination and he must observe the five hand washing steps when doing this.

Hand washing is essential part of personal hygiene because a person touches many surfaces containing pathogens. So it is necessary for a food handler to wash his hands before touching food. Many food handlers don’t wash their hands in a correct way. They should be trained to wash their hands correctly and then you should monitor them.  

They should wash their hands on such sinks which are used to wash hands not on those sinks which are used for washing dishes.
