Mick's behavior falls in between A and B types. He shows signs of both competitive and cooperative behavior, by wanting to succeed and be better than anyone else, and being eager to help others become better than they are. These two personality traits are seemingly opposite, but they don't have to be. By wanting others to become better than they are, I may want to raise the bar for myself (provided that I want to be better than everyone else).
