The answer is Polynesia, Melanesia, and Micronesia. These three are the distinct sub-regions of the Oceania which have been distributed based on their cultural significance. These three regions contain a massive number of islands and are home to different people. The key difference between the regions originate from the diversity of the people. Polynesia is home to a great number of people en route from different cultural backgrounds. In Polynesia, a number of languages are spoken as well. Reasonably, in Melanesia, the diversity and social structural grandeur is less. Micronesia, on the other hand, consists of a large number of small islands and is home to numerous indigenous people.
