Biogeochemical cycles recycle water and natural elements throughout the biosphere to ensure that organisms do not run out of these substances. Diagram by NASA/Kevin Saff Diagram by Ilmari Karonen Which of the following processes plays an important role in cycling carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus?

photosynthesis
transpiration
decomposition
respiration

Respuesta :

I think the correct answer is C.Decomposition.

The answer is: decomposition

Decomposition refers to the process that make organic substance broken in to a simpler form. After an organism died, it would be broken down by recomposed and the substance within that organisms would be absorbed by plants as ingredients for their photosynthesis which later on being consumed by other organisms.
