Alright! B, C, D, and E are all ridiculous - so they only answer choice here is A. =)

But let me explain why...

B: Well, this is illegal. You will most likely get in a lot of trouble for this.
C: This is also VERY illegal, which can get you a good amount of jail time.
D: This can also be illegal, which can result in you getting in a heap of trouble.
E: The government is a representation of the people. Never give up on leaning on that hope! =)
A. A is the only answer here that make sense. So, A it is.
