He stood over the dead woman in the way, if she were alive, she could see his face. At this moment, an old superstitious woman was standing near, witnessing this scene, which made her believe that the body of a dead woman was shuddering. Then, the elegy by Mr. Hooper was so touching that some of the listeners thought that they saw  the spirits of the minister and the dead woman.
