Now, it is truly a tie between C and D. However, I feel like it is more likely to be D.
Let me explain -
With social media, you can use technology to better target certain groups of people. We can go all into the database and technical side behind it, but just know that the internet allows us to target people based on certain known properties that are stored in the cloud.
In the end, it's your decision. Sadly, all of these answers are somewhat true. But I'd lean towards D. =)
