One of the biggest issues with smoking is that it is not good for the smoker, containing some 3000 chemicals. However what's neglected are those around smoke. This second hand exposure is also full of chemicals as well, and so the regulation is aimed at preventing the usage of it and keep second hand exposure to a minimum.
