HCT206D DERMAL THERAPY II: SKIN ANALYSIS PRACTICAL ASSIGNMENT 1. Take clear, close-up colour photographs of the client's face, neck and décolleté (Front and side views) without any make-up on. 2. Complete skin analysis consultation forms for both clients. 3. Perform a skin analysis on the following clients 0 • • 0 O A client (30+ years of age): Fitzpatrick type 4 to 6. A client (30+ years of age): Fitzpatrick type 1 to 3. (Please try an analyse the skin of 1 male, and 1 female in the top classifications). Analyse the skin according to sebum secretion and identify the client's skin type. Analyse the skin looking at the skin condition with reference to moisture balance, skin colour (sensitivity) or other colouration of the skin, sun-damaged or ageing skin. Classify the client's skin according to the Fitzpatrick scale 1 to 6. Motivate your Research classification. Classify the client's skin according to the Glogau skin classification system (Do research about this Skin aging classification system) and elaborate or motivate why you have classified the client's skin into that specific category. Identify the irregularities or disorders present on the client's skin and provide a reason why the client may have each irregularity or disorder. Also provide advice you would give your client with regards to improving the condition and appearance of her/his skin, and adapting their lifestyle to improve the condition of the skin.​
