To solve this question, what you would need to do is add 30 to both sides of the equation and then divide by 9, to find the solution.

You want to get the X alone, start out easy and move  -30 to the other side of equal sign.
9x -30 +30 = 10080 + 30
Combine Like Terms
9x = 10110
Now divide both sides by 9, 9x divided by 9 is X
X = 1123 1/3
