There are many types of Political Boundaries. Some of these include:
- Sovereign Borders, recognised borders between two nations (Eg. the American-Mexican border
- Buffer zones, political zones used to separate two nations or entities from each-other
- Ceasefire Lines, areas or lines that aren't officially recognised as part of a nation, but recognised as occupied/under control of a nation
