First of all, we need to find the value of x: 9 - 6x = 45, 45 - 9 = 36 
                                                                       -6x = 36, Divide both sides by -6
                                                                        x = -6
 So as we got the value of x, now we can find the value of x - 4 as well:
x - 4 ( x = -6)
-6 - 4
-6 + -4
= -10

Answer : -10
