B. For this question, find the largest value which would represent the all-time high. That would be on February at 95°F. The lowest value would also represent the all-time low. That would be on July at 50°F.

C. The range of part B is just the difference of the all-time high and all-time low temperatures.
Range = 95°F - 50°F = 45°F




b: all time high is 92°F, all time low is -38°F

c:     Range of both the high is 130°F
