Respuesta :

1. To be able to divide 3.6 by 0.25, first you need to get rid of the decimals, that makes division easy.

2. 3.6 = 36/10- Lets call it A , 0.25 = 25/100- Lets call it B

3. Now do A/B which is 36/10/25/100.

4. One thing to note here is if there is a fraction in the divisor then the denominator of the fraction goes to numerator; and division between fractions becomes multiplication.

5. [36/10] * [100/25]= [36/10]*[4] = [36*4]/10 =144/10 = 14.4

6. Therefore the quotient is 14.4!
