How the family is defined in different societies

Answer:

The question is "How is defined family in different societies?"

Someones, like the Italian and the ones that come from a long history, the importance is in the blood relations, where the "blood" family is one of the most important things for everyone, and you always put your family before anything.

In other "newer" societies , like in Argentina or Uruguay, the concept of family is a little different, here the close friends are also considered "family", and the actual bonds are more important than the blood connection.

Other societies, like American Natives or some more modern ones like communities, the concept of family is for a "community" where every member is part of the big family.
