Solve the following system of equations algebraically. Verify your solution either graphically or by using matrices.

8x-2y=5, -12x+3y=7

Respuesta :

    8x    -   2y = 5     multiply  by 3
-12x     + 3y  = 7      multiply by 2   giving:-

24x  - 6y  = 15
-24x + 6y = 14

adding these 2 equations:-

0 = 29

This is nonsense So there are no solutions to this system of equatios
