The answer is D.   In Art, medium is the  material or method used by the artists to creat things. In the examples A, B and C there isn't a change of medium because the student and the poet write after reading Dante's writing, and a painter recreates an illustration. In D,  a work of literature is now a movie made by a filmmaker, using a change of medium.
