This one is nice and straight forward :)
simply calculate how many seconds are in 4.8 minutes like this:
4.8min x 60s = 288s
Then to find the ∆v (∆v = symbol for change in velocity) multiply the acceleration 0.0050m/s^2 by 288s
∆v = 1.44m/s
0.0050m/s[tex] x^{2} [/tex]
