Much of the time, the directions given to persons trained in music are in the native language of classical music training. This translation might not be as straightforward when turned into English terms. In addition, this might add a barrier to some non-English-speaking performers and composers when it comes to understanding some pieces of music, and can add an unnecessary cost to production.
