Unlike students who choose an Early Decision program, which is binding, students utilizing an Early Action program, which is non-binding, are not required to attend the school to which they apply. Also students choosing to use Early Action are allowed access to financial aide though these offers of financial aide are more limited. The students choosing Early Action have until the normal deadline, of May 1, to let the school know if they will be attending. From all of this one can assume that the answer is C, students who apply via early action are not required to attend the school.
