"Android tablet" is a very vague term. Not all devices have the same connection, even if they have the same operating system.
Saying that, a vast majority of all Android devices do use micro-usb. Therefore, you'd want a (male) micro-USB to (male) USB type-A.
If you have a very modern and fairy new tablet, then it could be using USB type C. In which case, you'd need a (male) USB type C to (male) USB type-A. A usb C is a perfectly curved connection with no jagged edges.
