I need help quickly.

The base and the height of a rectangle are represented by the expressions below.
Base= x+4 Height= x-6
The perimeter of the rectangle 88 units. Find the lengths of the base and the height of the rectangle.

The perimeter is 2b+2h.
2(x+4)+2(x-6)=88
2x+8+2x-12=88
4x-4=88
4x=90
x=22.5

Perimeter of a rectangle is =  2(Base + Height) 

= 2.[(x+4) + (x-6)] = 88, Expand:

2.(2x - 2) = 88
4x - 4 = 88

4x = 92

x = 23
 Base = x + 4 = 23 + 4 = 27
 Height = x -6 = 23 - 6 = 17
