Tanya would most likely not let her followers hinder her in her goals, because as her strength is an achiever, then the opposite of that is them hindering her by putting her down, telling her that she can't do it, etc. Hope this helps!

If Tanya lets others know that her strength is being an achiever, she’s not likely to let her followers BE MEDIOCRE.

Tanya would be demanding exceptional determination from others and push them to succeed since Tanya understands that mediocrity is one of the ways to ineffective leadership; it is work delegation and not authority, it is sacrificing one’s standard, not being able to translate knowledge into execution and the lack of the will required to adapt. All this would have negative impact on Tanya’s work with other team if not rightly addressed hence the need to avoid mediocrity.

Strength development has lot of features to consider. An individual must acknowledged his/her strength and be willing to disclose it to others. It is important to tell others about our strength because it passes a positive message across to them, it reveals to them how we can be useful to ourselves by working together, and clarifying the exceptional contribution it has on our work.

Largely, when we disclose our strength to others, it shows them what we are good at, the benefit we can derived from it and when Tanya let others know that her innermost quality is being an achiever, the followers understand Tanya wouldn’t entertain mediocrity in their work.
