Let f(x)= -4x+7 and g(x)= 10x-6. Find f(g(x)).
FYI: f(g(x)) can also be written as (f○g)(x).
What this really means is to take x and put it through g, then through f.
Since we don't have a specific value for g, we can just put that x value through f,
g(x) = 10x-6
f(x) = -4x+7
f(g(x)) = -4(g(x))+7
f(g(x)) = -4(10x-6)+7
f(g(x)) = -40x+24+7
f(g(x)) = -40x+31
