Juliet is saying that Romeo does not need to go, because it was the nightingale (who sings at night) and not the lark (who sings at sunrise). Therefore, he has nothing to fear because if it is nightingale then it is still nightfall. Whereas, if it was the lark it would be sunrise and thus they would be risking being discovered after their wedding night.
