Supreme Court has the power to review and make final decisions about the outcomes of trials of other instances. Specifically it's the one institution that has the power to interpret the Constitution. Because of this I believe that the best answer is the last one: Supreme Court is responsible for cases which involve interpretations of the Constitution.
The fourth alternative is correct (D).
The Supreme Court is the highest court of the judiciary and judges cases of extreme importance for the country, establishing jurisprudence for the other courts. In addition, the Supreme Court is considered the guardian of the American Constitution. Thus, the ministers of the Supreme Court are responsible for interpreting the Constitution in cases that call into question the constitutionality of the object under analysis.
