Options A, B & D: symptoms of unsatisfaction are seen from within, by the people involved.  Because of this they are likely indications of problems in the relationship. However in option C where the cousin thinks there is something wrong,  this does not need to say anything , as your  cousin does not know your relationship well. So the correct answer is C.
