Rounding Question::

Let me give you an insight of how and when to round using numbers:

You round down when the number in the selected column is below 5.

You round up when the number in the selected column is 5 and/or above 5.

So; in your case; we have to round up (to the nearest WHOLE number) - 100 <--- The Answer!

100 because 59 is bigger than 50 so you round up
if it was 49 or 23 or any number lower than 50 you would round down
