Find QR in the following problems. R is between Q and S.

1.If RS=44.6 and SQ=68.4, find QR.

2. If RS=33.5 and RQ=80, find SQ.

First thing to note, QR + RS = QS

#1, RS = 44.6 and SQ = 68.4

Plug in to the equation I wrote above

QR + 44.6 = 68.4
QR = 23.8

#2, RS = 33.5 and RQ = 80

QR + 33.5 = 80
QR = 46.5
