The range of a graph is how far the y values extend.
In this graph, you can see the smallest y value is -1 and the largest y value is 1.
A is INCORRECT because the largest y value is 1 and A states that y values can be anything greater than 1 which is false.
B is INCORRECT because it says y can be any value (all real numbers) which is again false because y has to be in between -1 and 1
C is CORRECT because it states that you is greater than or equal to -1 and less than or equal to positive 1.
D is INCORRECT mostly because it is attempting to show the range in interval notation but in interval notation the answer would be [ -1, 1 ] not { -1, 1}. Brackets are used here not curly brackets.
