The Phycocyanin forms a precipitate when exposed to certain
temperature and urea, because the interface of the polar groups to the protein
with water is the basis of their temperature. The hydrophobic connections are weakened
in the cold, because of the defeat of stabilizing entropic factor which are
more protruding at high temperature. The precipitate that is formed is a
denatured protein precipitate.
