The two types of corporate culture that have low levels of sociability among employees are mercenary culture and fragmented culture. Mercenary is a culture type in which employees think the same but aren't friendly with each other. Fragmented is a culture type in which employees are distant and don't have good connection with each other, thus, there is lack of cooperation among them.
