First of all, you want to divide both sides by 1/9 in order to isolate the variable
n= 2/3 ÷ 1/9 As you may have learned, you cannot divide fractions, instead you do KCF (Keep Change Flip). So keep the first fraction, change the division to multiplication, and flip the last fraction.
n = 2/3 * 9/1 Simplify the cross terms
n = 2/1 * 3/1 Multiply 2 by 3
n= 6
