To find the answers to each you have to divide the total distance by the total time to get the answer in meters/sec, which would be distance run per sec.
A. 200m/19.30sec = 10.36 meters per second
B. 400m/43.18sec = 9.26 meters per second
C. 100m/9.69sec = 10.32 meters per second
