1. Ptolemy's map of the world
Ptolemy created his own version of the map of the known world (at the time) in his book Geography, which was written around 150. So, this map was created in the 2nd century which makes it the technological advancement that happened first in this list.
2. the first school of oceanic navigation
Prince Henry, called the Navigator, was a Portuguese prince who loved exploration. This is the reason why he started the first school of oceanic navigation somewhere around 1418 in Portugal. He wanted his explorers to go to Africa and find new goods and places.
3. Portuguese caravels with triangle sails
I believe this option came last. The caravel was built somewhere around 1450, which makes it the last to come among these options. Many Portuguese explorers, such as Dias or Columbus, preferred these ships for their travels and explorations.
