 Hi there!

The first thing we need to do is take this 1 1/2 hours in put it in decimal. It will make it more easy to solve. So let's do it :)

[tex]1 \frac{1}{2} [/tex]
[tex] \frac{2+1}{2} [/tex]
[tex] \frac{3}{2} [/tex]
= 1.5 hours

So, the problem says that Shane downloaded 7 songs in 3 minutes. And they want us to find how many songs she can download in 1.5 hours.

We know there are 90 minutes in 1 1/2 hours.

So we gonna say:

If Shane downloaded 7 songs in 3. How many songs she can download in 1 1/2 hours.

It looks like this
7 songs .......> 3mn
x songs ..........90mn
Cross multiply
3x = 90 * 7
3x = 630
x = 630/3
x= 210

We got it!

Shane can download 210 songs in 1 1/2 hours.

Good luck with your studies!
