Yes, through biological studies it has been shown that we can determine and learn about our genetics. In today's world, it is as easy as counting 1,2,3 to determine what a child might look like or what he/she will inherit from the mother and father. Back to the classroom, during biology class you are taught how to create genetic calculators that will give you specific answers on how a baby will look like when you mix two people. Furthermore, science and technology make this even easier. In today's world, there's IVF, one neutral pro and con of that is that you get to choose how your baby might look like and by doing this you are predetermining what genotype the baby will inherit from the mother
