Ugh word problems. They suck don't they. I learned to get rid of the words by doing the following steps.
1. What is the sign? Addition multiplication? In this case subtraction/
2. What numbers, (percent's in this case,) are doing the subtracting?
3. Get rid of all the words. 37 - 32. = Your answer.
