Those who appear wealthy normally walk outside with really nice clothing and think they are better than everyone else, they spend lots of money that they dont have. On the other hand, those who are actually wealthy are those who walk into business meetings with short pants because they dont care what other people say or think of them, they studied and became successful. Now this can work differently sometimes wealthy people want to show off their wealth which they can do since its their hard earned money, and those who appear wealthy can be gold-diggers and in the future will be bankrupt.
