Jackson Heights School won a chess tournament, trivia bowl, and a football game last weekend (D).
There is no need to repeat won before every item in the list. It is very repetetive. Just an important reminder for future grammar exercises, you never want to change the tense of the verb when listing things. In other words, you wouldn't want to say "They won the football game, got second place in the trivia bowl, and losing the chess tournament. In this case, we would want the verb to be in the past tense like all of the other verbs in the list (lost instead of losing).
