First of all the question is referred to Simón Jose Antonio de la Santisima Trinidad Bolivar Concepción Palacios y Blanco who was the Libertador of part of south America.

One of his most interesting political  document  is called the Jamaica Letter. HIs great and deep way to write to try to persuade to the Gentlemen of the Island about the freedom of the south american nations and to built only one Nation at the south.
