The correct answer is answer D. We know this since we know that the 2nd amendment is the right to have guns. It does not say that we have a right to hunt with guns, it does not say we have a right to not own guns, and it does not say the government has a right to make gun laws. It was made to give citizens freedom. Because, we knew what life without freedom was (Since America was formed because of the unfair treatment that King George gave, the American revolution happened and once the American people won the war, they create the Bill of Rights shortly after (1791 is when the 2nd amendment was ratified) so, basically, the second amendment was created to give freedom to people.
