Most Americans celebrate Halloween by going on something called trick-or-treating which is when you go out dressed up in a costume and go knock on doors with your Halloween treat bag and get candy from them. They also carve silly and scary faces on pumpkins called, "Jack-O-Lanterns," and might be tempting enough to go into something that's called a "Haunted House," a place where you would be spooked and surprised.
